Terms of Service

Effective: August 28, 2026 · App: 배우GO (BaeuGO)

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the mobile application "BaeuGO" (the "App") provided by 매듭연구소 (the "Operator"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Operator and the user.

Article 2 (Services)

The App provides the following services.

The user must not do the following.

⚠️ Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)

① The learning content is reference material to support Korean learning and does not guarantee exam success or any specific learning outcome.

② The content may contain some errors; please give priority to official exam (TOPIK, etc.) materials. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from content errors.

③ The model answers and self-scoring in the 쓰GO writing feature are study aids, not an official grade or evaluation.

④ The Operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, communication failures, or outages of third-party services (Google, Apple, RevenueCat, etc.).

Article 5 (Content and Copyright)

All exam questions in the App are original works created by the Operator following only the official format; they are not official past exam papers. The content may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Article 6 (Payment and Refunds)

Paid purchases are made through the in-app purchase system of Google Play or the Apple App Store, and refunds follow each store's refund policy. The Operator does not provide direct refunds outside the stores.

Article 7 (Changes and Termination)

The Operator may change features or discontinue the service after prior notice. For essential changes to features provided through paid purchase, the Operator will consider reasonable compensation or refund.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

Any dispute between the Operator and the user shall be resolved through good-faith consultation; where consultation is not possible, the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.
